Four bodies with their heads severed have been dumped in the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo, close to the border with the US, police say.

Gunmen laid the decapitated bodies out on a sheet in a central square in full view of horrified pedestrians.

On the sheet was a written message from the Gulf drugs cartel to a rival gang.

Beheadings have become a feature of the violent struggle between Mexican drugs gangs fighting for control of smuggling routes into the US.

More than 34,600 people have died in drug-related violence in Mexico since December 2006, when President Felipe Calderon began deploying the army to fight the cartels.

Much of the violence has been concentrated in northern states along the US border.

According to a media report with the joint efforts of US and Iran controversial nuclear programme Israel has come out with a new cyber weapon. The sophisticated cyber weapon is developed by Israel to prevent Tehran from making an atomic bomb. The New York Times has reported the tests of destructive worm called as “Stuxnet”and is their for past two years. Israel at present has spun nuclear centrifuges which are virtually visible to Iran’s at Natanz.

At Natanz Iran scientists are struggling to enrich the source of Uranium stated a report in news paper. For checking out the worm the related persons should be familiar with the machines told an American expert in respect with the nuclear intelligence. The worm is effective in Israel as the Israelis know the working and Israelis have worked it out. A single factor in putting time for the biggest project is nuclear clock which is identified as Stuxnet.

The most sophisticated cyber weapon has ever been deployed says a news paper report but there has been a widespread speculation. The speculation about the worm that Israel had attacked the computers which are in Iran says an intelligence agency. In a recent meeting the State secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton told that she believes in the efforts of Iran. Now the Stuxnet is combined with two major component which one is to send the centrifuges of Iran and record the normal operations at the nuclear plant.
