The campaign helps in swapping the current of the late night for an hour of the morning. This will overall help the nation’s carbon emission significantly by the effort of each household.
Usually a simple household can reduce the carbon emission by 85 kg per year by going early to bed one hour. Waking up one hour early and sleeping one hour soon will help the whole nation is the campaign. Changing some lifestyle of the people, like watching late night television can be reducing the electricity use. Getting up early will make the citizens use the morning usefully by doing exercises, yoga and meditation. The nation has said it will reduce carbon emission by 25% by conducting the campaign.
