There are no short cuts in life for anything. For example, if you take learning , it is never possible to learn anything in just few hours or few days. You need to put marathon efforts to learn about any sector for years together.
Similarly if you want to maintain good health, it is not possible by just putting in five or ten minutes of physical exercising. But if you ensure an hour of physical exercising every day without fail, you can be fairly sure of good health all along. It is also important that you provide exercise for every part of your body from head to foot. Physical exercising is definitely a must for everybody after 35 years of age. And it is definitely worth spending one hour for exercising everyday, rather than losing days of happiness due to illness and other health issues.
There are indeed many physical exercising equipments which you can buy and use at your home, and stay healthy. When there is a will, there is a way. All you need to do anything, is determination and initiative.
